Procrastination this isn’t just a word it is what we do every single day. Couldn’t agree more? Then make sure to read this article till the end. It’s a fact that a normal person procrastinates 5 times a day. So what is it that makes us procrastinate? Maybe the work you are doing is difficult and it’s the difficulty that makes you procrastinate.
But instead of being procrastinator try to complete the difficult part asap. Because hard work always pays off.
So, bingo once you are not afraid to be afraid you can conquer the world. Or let’s say you conquer that particular work. Maybe you think that the work is too easy for you and it’ll take seconds to complete it and you’ll simply do it later.
Hey there! I do this type of thinking often so I can totally get it. But if the work is super easy shouldn’t it be your first priority because it won’t take long and you can do other things once you complete it.
So if you are a procrastinator like me of course, first of all, you are the lazy second of all you are overconfident or you are afraid to complete it.

So start by doing one not so important thing in the morning just after you wake up!
For instance, if you live in an apartment or your own house and you have a swimming pool, the first thing you could do is to jump into the water in the morning. I know it sounds crazy but just give it a try or do something less important like this. Start your day normally, and continue as you do everyone, and now the main part whenever during the day you feel like you are procrastinating just remember the first thing you did in the morning. You jumped into the pool which wasn’t necessary at all but the work you are doing right now is important and since you didn’t procrastinate on doing one unnecessary thing you shouldn’t procrastinate to do something that’s important.
